Why? 3 higher priced games, all good reviews.

Personally horror just isn't my thing though, why i would skip.

Yeah but with you it's quite common often saying a bundle is too expensive for you or not worth it.
They can't all be 2 bucks with AAA games, horror (or these) might not be your thing, doesn't mean they are bad quality games though.

except if you're from ohter regions from the seller then you probably have to buy it for at least 1tf2 key(its probably more expensive)

Most hosts that I know of - myself included - do accept Paypal for buyers in other regions, albeit at a slightly higher price (because Paypal fees are higher for cross-region payments). I'm only aware of one host who doesn't.
