I read descriptions most of the time but sometimes I am too tired and it eludes me. I also try not to enter gifts that has description when I am tired so I can take notice, thereby its a pretty small percentage that I do not read, though I will skim through.

I always at least look at the descriptions. The longer ones promoting several groups, videos, projects, whatevers that seem to fill an entire page I'll generally skim past but otherwise I'll give a read to see if there's anything I'm interested in.
