Defiance free weekend

Now just wait to all the post complaining how they can't enter defiance GA because they already have the game in library. XD

Tested it for 1 hour did not like the game sadly :/ dont know how mutch time they spent making it but... some stuff need to be fix and more random attacks needs to happen more if om going to be happy with the game

Damn, I'd like to try it but I won't have much/any time to do so, because tommorow I have a race (some kind of obstacle race through water, mud, etc ^^) and on sunday I have to learn for mondays exam >.<

I played during alpha/beta & I enjoyed the story and adventure. Gameplay is ok but its the atmosphere of the game that made it cool for me. Sadly I could tell back then it is made with going F2P in mind so I didnt buy it.

I will play this free weekend though and have a great time playing and watching the shows episodes :)

it's a nice game IMO, not the best but a good MMO

Looks like an overhyped overpriced game, especially from reviews, I;ll check it out if I have time.

borderlands 1 is 100000x better than this buggy shitty game, wouldn't have for free

I played during the beta and I'm gonna play a little during the free weekend. It's good game for a great show, but it's just begging for F2P. It needs a lot of players for it to have the large co-op feel it was imagined for, but that many players will only come when the game becomes free. Then they could make a lot of dough on items. This way they can only fail.

Yeah I'd like to try it out too if not for my very slow internet here... just reading more comments on the game discussions. Seem to be mixed to me as well.

Didn't realize it was... downloading now just because I enjoy the show, even though I haven't heard good things about the game and I don't do multiplayer much.

Update: Uninstalled it after 30 minutes... Slow gameplay with very generic gunplay and skills. It might get better, but I'd rather not spend two hours hating a game when I have dozens of games in my library I enjoy from the main menu on.

I remember beta testing on ps3. I went and did an event all by myself at some docks. Only died once, but i went though the several mob packs to get to a boss fight. Then at the boss fight i just popped my clone and rocketed him to death. was not very impressed at all.

The Hellbug events are kinda fun, but Rift does it 10x better. If i want to play Rift, it is going F2P on the 12th. I'll just play rift then.

I like it, definitely fun group game. The PvE "dungeons" are decent, and the PvP is enjoyable for me. The storyline is really good and is probably my favorite point. The beginning is a bit slow, but it's also going through tutorial and whatnot, once you get a vehicle going from mission to mission is pretty quick. It's a good play with friends for sure, enemies scale with players in an area, so while it gets easier in a group, it isn't too roflstompy. Definitely some bugs etc, but for the most part I'd give it a thumbs up.

I've been on vacation for the last few weeks so I'm not sure how the patches have modified gameplay etc. nor have I gotten a chance to play it enough to feel like I'm running in to a brick wall at the end of the game (though even if so, I know they're going to be adding a ton of content so it probably wouldn't phase me much).

I have played it on the PS3, it was rather enjoyable and I liked the variety of the guns, the game just reminded me too much of a mmo of borderlands...also there are not enough enemy types which bugged me.

I think I'll just wait until it goes completely free, we all know it will happen sooner or later.

Graphically it's like a realistic version of borderlands lol. Pretty neat, but gameplay wise, was pretty meh to me so far, debating to play again later.
