Welcome to the site! Sorry about everyone calling you an idiot...Not EVERYONE on here is complete assholes, though. :D
You have to buy the games, then give them away, (as others have said) BUT, it is pretty easy, if you buy a lot of bundles, which are $1-5, and tend to have repeats. You can just give the repeats away on here, and enter other people's giveaways, and maybe you'll win something!
