I really want a play a 'good' simulator/simulation game, doesn't matter what it is it could be from a car simulation to a war simuation to a job simulation.

But in all seriousness you should play the old classic Tycoon games. Zoo Tycoon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zoo-Tycoon-(2001-video-game)), Mall Tycoon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mall-Tycoon) and RollerCoaster Tycoon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RollerCoaster-Tycoon). Out of all of those, the only one that appears to be on Steam is RollerCoaster Tycoon, albeit in a Deluxe version. And none of the sequels for the other two are on it, either. Shame.

EDIT: Underscores are apparently code for italics? Everywhere that there's a hyphen in a Wikipedia link just replace it with an underscore.
