From some time the weekly sales are with fixed BTA for the whole duration of the sale.

Weekly sales have been fixed BTA at $6 for the past couple of weeks now. Humble Bundle claim this is because low BTA was putting companies off featuring in a weekly bundle.

Thanks guys for answer. I'm going to buy it then (tho I'm only interested in Darksiders 2 from BTA, already have Painkiller and Spellforce 2 and Arcania sucks balls)

I can understand that. People want a good deal, but companies don't want to lose massive amounts of money. I think the companies could have offered fewer games for the weekly sale instead, but the fixed-price tiers are another way around that because it guarantees a certain amount of money. It can also cost them some sales though, because not everyone may want to pay $6 for the BTA games when they might have bought them if there were a floating BTA price at say $4. shrug

Fixed price isn't an average.

Bought the non-BTA only because of Supreme Commander!
Is the BTA worth the extra $5? I don't like Painkiller or Darksiders 2 much though. Are the other 2 games, Spellforce 2 and ArcaniA worth it?
Edit: oh and btw, is the Spellforce 2 the Gold edition or not?

Spellfoce 2 is awesome, Arcania not so much, it's not bad but can't live up to the original Gothic games.

I'd recommend getting the original spellforce and expansions, SF2 was received alot worse

Ah btw, can someone tell if if I will miss a big hunch of story if I'll play Darksiders 2 without playing D1 ? Cus I don't have first part. Stories are separate or 2 continues the story of 1 ? (I know that the hero is different in both games)

I've started playing the second and I have the feeling I'm missing on a lot of things...

I've been looking for the first and tried to win it here, but not luck so far.

In the sequel you basically play as Death, the brother of War who was the protagonist in the first game. Both stories are playing at the same point in time where Death is trying to prove the innocence of his brother who was charged with starting a war between Heaven and Hell and thereby killing mankind, who wasn't yet ready for the battle. There is alot of scheming etc. going on, but simply put War is sentenced to get rid of everyone standing against the Charred Council and trying to find out who summoned him to earth (unleashing the apocalypse).
I would say you do miss out on a lot considering you would not entirely get why Death is on this path to redeem his brother, since you didn't get to see most of the events that covered War his story. You could watch it without playing, but the game is well worth it imo. I personally picked it up on sale last year and recently played and 100%ed.
