Steam summer card

In the past if i made a summer cards from crafting a cards, i got a steam summer cards. What if i make foil steam cards? Did I get a foil steam summer cards?

No you get the same extras as crafting a regular summer badge.

No, you have the same chance to get a foil card regardless of which Summer Sale badge you craft.

Nope. You can get foils from crafting normal badges tho, although I normally get a one or two foils from the daily drops.
