What you need to think about is how you're actually gonna get games to sell. I'm guessing it would be pretty expensive to stock up on games to sell to people with not that much profit on each sale. Just something to think about.

Sorry, I missed the steamgifts part and just read g2a and gog. It would be probably be best to find someone with experience to help work on it unless you were going to make it a project to work on. You make it sound you have little to no experience in web developing so that is my opinion.

Programming, lots of it before even thinking about buying a domain and host. Site similar like steamgifts, steam (are you crazy enough), required a high level of programming, in which is you stay to learn now, it will take you some years. Its not HTML, is PHP and HTML5, Java and this stuff.
