Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't that mean you have to buy that game 100 times seperatly cause steam doen't let you buy more than one copie at once. And after the giveaway you have to send every of those 100 winners the gift via steam cause the automatic sending thingy just works with keys or bundle gift links.
A lot work, but yeah just do it if you want ^-^

I think Steam will cut you off before you reach 100 sadly.
