Some ways to determine region-locks

You wanna determine the sub of a key ? You can refer to JMM72 super method (just do that if you already have the game in library, otherwise it'll activate the key / don't do that with a full version game if you already have the base game)

NB. Don't stress if you can't access my current public gift, i region-locked it hard by exception cause the key had an extremely uncommon steamdb sub ID, i don't intend to region-lock all my future gifts to my country. Though if you hate my country, nothing i can do.
