Yes unfortunately, the game was as simple as it could be, so it doesn't save state. If you refresh, unfortunately you will lose what you have, but you will get the new UI.
It was never meant to be a real game, just a fun antibot measure. Maybe we can turn that into something more serious with more, hard earned giveaways in the future :)
