i quick search through the forum shows this game was free a year ago, it's weird that after a year we still can't create GW´s for it

Yeah that kinda sucks. I missed that giveaway year ago, heck I've never even heard about that giveaway until now.

If you REALLY want to make a gibway for it, try galagiveaways.com or gameminer.ru, it shows up on those regularly at the moment

I've won Half-Life 2 on Gameminer before winning anything here on Steamgifts.
It doesn't suck, it's only badly administrated.

gameminer feels rigged tbh, all the admins have most of the games

not really. it depends on giver, you can set any requirements for your giveaways, a ot of people just want to give gifts to specific people, so it may seem that few people win more. + they have gold you can buy and enter giveaways - that gives givers a much bigger chance.
overall it has same random principle as steamgifts does, no riggs

You might be right, but my experience is that I've won 3 out of over 2000 giveaway entries, and those 3 were given out free before..they are by no means AAA titles whatsoever. Now when you look at the guys who have won loads more and quality games too (they clearly have way greater chances of winning ratio than losing ,on average, see the profiles of other users like diodous, rongey420) you end up noticing a pattern. There are many people on the forum there who complain about paying a lot for gold, getting something once, and then never winning anything ever again. I still visit the site to try my luck but I have had far better luck on two other sites.

Because the snuggling was outlawed on SG after the 2013's Colbygate.

Yes, I'm sure it would be possible, but it's whether SG have the expertise, think it's worth the effort, or with the way I'm think it would work want the responsibility of holding gifts.

I'm thinking that SG would have to make a bot account (or accounts) on Steam, the user gifts or trades the gift to the account, and only at that point does the game become available to make giveaway for the user here at SG. Upon completion of the giveaway, the user could review the winner to see if they need to re-roll etc. Once they confirm they're happy to send it to the winner the bot would do it's thing and spit it out to the winner's account.

That's how they handle Steam Gifts on Gameminer...although there's no review of the winner in case a re-roll is needed...
