From the FAQ: You should only enter to win giveaways for yourself, and if you win a game, it must be activated and redeemed to the Steam account used during registration.

I'll have to un install a game then, only 46 gig left on 500 gig drive.....all used gig are games I play :/ I can get in trouble for this???

You don't have to install it just add it to your library and cancel the download. And yes you can get suspended for that. I advise you to read the FAQ.

You don't have to install and play it immediately. All you have to do is activate the key / add gift to library. Not doing so might result in suspension and earn place on a lot of blacklists
