Kudos on Level 7. Sometimes I think I'll never get there. Other times I think it'll be a nice surprise when I end up there.

Courgette (zucchini) Cake. It works quite well to make the cake moist. Unless you only use courgette, which probably wouldn't be nice.

Apples, because applesauce spice cake is my favorite. 😉
