A friend from back in HS was hit crossing a street late at night, the POS who hit him kept going and just left him laying in the road. He was then hit by another person who stopped and called 911 but the EMTs couldn't save him. They said if they'd gotten the call from the first person who hit him he'd have probably survived, but between the second hit and the amount of time that passed there was nothing they could do.

So yeah, if you're involved in an accident stop and call 911.

Sorry for your loss. You hear about these deaths on the news, but drivers should have the common courtesy to stop and call 911.

Hopefully witnesses got a look at the license plate or driver.

I'm sorry for your loss. This is outrageous, I hope police to their work quickly.

It's almost as if would be necessary these days to reward people for doing the right thing, otherwise they wouldn't and even possible legal punishment doesn't change their mind.

I don't remember my sister at all. I was just 2 years old when she (9 years old) got hit by a car, who also leave the scene. But I feel the pain of my mom who saw everything happening, and can feel your pain. Sorry for your loss.
