I have no home internet right now. I envy you. You aren't using arse library WiFi on a phone.

Sites that get continuously more and more heavy forcing me to disable a lot of the functions to have any chance of using them before I am dead.

Try having a LIMITED bandwidth service. It's even worse than anything... Especially at barely 2 MB/s download.

I am fine with it.

2 up 1 down for me... I can barely watch a stream on twitch and I have to leave my download overnight just for a game... Also gaming on 200ms ping is not fun

I used to have 512 Kbps till October 2013.. I have 2 Mbps now though.

My results were way too unbalanced. Also it got my location wrong for about 1000 kilometres.

Seems good today, but sometimes gets slower, using wi-fi you know

The only thing keeping me from going completely nuts is that this is faster than my old dial-up service... even if it's on the same shitty, 50+ years-old, phone lines.

I used a mobile broadband connection for several years which downloaded games at 65kb/s, it was much cheaper, but now have finally upgraded my home connection to 12.5mb/s.

I initially had a problem with Borderlands 1, I think it needed 'Vsync=1' line adding to the display settings file. Borderlands 2 has an issue with USB wireless networking, I used to have to remove my USB internet dongle to stop the graphics stuttering.

I was on a 6mb/s connection for the past 6 years or so. Recently decided to upgrade and well...

You know what's the best part? People still blame me and my shitty connection for lagging in dark souls. Yesterday met some dude who went as far as insulting my whole country. Fun times :)
