Some DLCs are bugged and you can still enter giveaways for them. Just be cautious. Especially with stuff with shitload of DLCs like Dungeon Defenders, seriously, keeping up what do you have and what you don't is annoying.

DLC for many games dont's show up in the games list. So it's ok, it's just can't be sync cuz it's like "integrated" into the game, not like separate game itself.

Basically SG has no way of finding out whether you have the DLC for F:NV or not, because Steam "hides" them, meaning you can enter for DLC giveaways you already have.

Edit: Checked the sync list. Courier's Stash, Gun runners Arsenal, Old Worls blues and lomesome Roads aren't here but these are part of UE.
