A Let's Play series shouldn't really matter on what game you play, most people enjoy Let's Plays because of the personalities of the players. Choose something you really enjoy playing because it will bring out your personality.

Do Amnesia, because your reaction will (hopefully) be hilarious.

I want to start an LP series as well, but probably need a better mic before I do.

Out of the games you have, IMO the only feasible ones are Amnesia and The Walking Dead: Amnesia for your reactions (as cryonseris said) and TWD for your choices and commentary.

I'll be honest, Let's Plays alone are boring and nobody will watch it. Try playing multiplayer/ CO-OP games.

from what I have seen from this community, not many are interest in LP so you might not get the best answer from asking such question here. I personally would prefer sth from 3-4 years ago that is not only good but has not been covered by others much, especially by those mainstream youtubers.
