I need some clearence if someone can give me

When its region restricted and you go to page of that game it shows all regions that where it can be activated ? or regions that you cant activate there

If you can see the giveaway, then it is not marked as restricted in your region.
(Aka, to be 100% clear- the site will try to prevent you from entering giveaways that you wouldn't be able to activate due to region restrictions. Assuming all region settings are set properly, you shouldn't need to worry about that.)

Do you mean the Region Restrictions page that you see when entering a giveaway, like this one: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/Ej8Ga/get-even/region-restrictions ?

That list shows all the countries that the game WILL activate in. If your country is not on that list, then you won't be able to activate the game.

I think if you set a region in your profile settings, games that don't activate in your region will be completely hidden on the main page, so you don't have to worry about the region restrictions for public giveaways.
