It's a known physing scam link trying to mimic SteamGifts, cg completely knows about this issue.
It has been confirmed by numerous SteamGifts users that this link is malicious
If you entered the link once, consider destroying your PC
Why? It's simple. When entering the site, numerous unknown worm and trojan files will be downloaded, which makes them allow to steal your PC data and corrupt the MD5 Hash to the point that neither external or internal fix can be made.
It also makes the CPU explode at some point, enter the link at EXTREME CAUTION!
