Yes there were a lot of feelings, but my favorite part is when one Kyon was fighting with himself that was stepping his head, and answering the question "if he really wants to return to the world where they are in SOS group and where Haruhi is their leader and they have to do all she order", and he answered something like "Why you asking me this obvious things? of course yes!!!". I don't know the exact quotes in english because I didn't watched it in this language, but was something similar.

Though, as for me, it is Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon (Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere).
Why? It is just PERFECT - it has tons of great great characters, well-written plot, topnotch animation, memorable music, GOOD ecchi, superior pacing...
I don't know how a lot of people can't keep up with the pacing. oO

Slam Dunk. It's perfect for me. I mean, the characters are great, the story is great(even though it's sports anime), music is awesome, animation is much better than in many of modern anime (and it was made almost 20 years ago). Kuroko isn't even close to being better basketball anime than Slam Dunk. The only flaw is that it's not a full adaptation of magna, and it's just up to volume 22. But manga is really worth reading too, artstyle is fantastic. If you haven't seen/read it yet, go do it now.
And the second best is Inferno Cop, obviously.
