I actually edited my comments a cople of times the first min haha, because first they had no keys left.. Then I refreshed and saw it was just for lvl +2 to be sure if I should've closed the thread or not.

It worked for me a few minutes ago, but I didn't receive the key (they state you might receive the key in a few hours if you're granted one, anyway). They might having problems handling too much requests.
Note: it works for me right now.
EDIT: If you're using a proxy, that might be the problem.

You are welcome, it should work.. I had to wait for maybe an hour or so for it to arrive, so don't worry if it doesn't arrive directly.. Guess they have heavy traffic :)
