For what i've seen in videos....it seems it is.
I'll wait for a bit, i wanna see how it will perform under less "godly" setups (few vids were running the game on gtx680).
Hell, if someone runs the game on a 7850, 8gb ram and an i5 2500K, lemme know how it performs.

Was all set to buy this game but then I realized today that its not going to be so good. Simple reason..
This +150,000,000 damage wood club that everyone is going to have within a week. http://i.imgur.com/GMAYj.jpg
Don't think so? Just try to play Dungeon Defenders on an open server, all the weapon stats are hacked items that have over 100 million damage, and mini pets the size of buildings.

I saw this coming. I want to see hacker pvp battles.

I skip the game. I'm fine with missing a game, in a few months / years I'll be able to emulate it in better quality than this port.
However, I'm not fine at all with devs / publishers releasing shitty ports and coming up with shitty excuses while someone managed to fix it in 23 minutes while their whole team apparently couldn't make it.

Wow, this dude's issue with the default keymapping and stuff is so bad, I just have to say...
Wow. Really. Wow.

I plan on buying it for 32$ on gmg before the 30th hopefully. Save me 8$(can't help it, it's a steam key too) even if i miss it ill just pay the 40$. Even with all the negativity, i can really see why they didn't spend much time getting it to be good for PC(Foriegn ground for the most part, Ninja blade was on here too, but i thought that game was just fucking shit anyway), but it still shouldn't have been an entirely straight forward port like it is.
I just hope for one, that hopefully the game does well enough they actually release some nice patches to the PC version for DS for one(Instead of having to rely on modders to fix their crappy job), and 2. that if it does well enough they don't shrug off PC again, realize their mistake and make a actual PC version next time or atleast get this one up to par.
I honestly would like to see more console only games coming to PC, quite a few of devs have forgotten PC for too long or were just never into making PC games(Namely quite a few JRPG/Japanese devs, i'd like to have even more variety in my games for PC, without relying on Western devs for the most part, not including the crappy for the most part Korean, Chinese and Japanese F2P MMOS)

console focused devs making a good port? hahaha, not in this lifetime.

I think Dark Souls is the second best console game in current generation (best one being its older brother Demon's Souls naturally) and I've enjoyed it more than 200 hours on ps3. While I do agree that PC port should've seen more effort I still believe "bad" port is better than no port at all. 40 $ for 200 hours of enjoyment is pretty good value imo (0.2 $ per hour).
Dark Souls unlocks on Steam in 4 hours so what is your take on this? Will you support the devs and buy the port, wait for potential fixes before deciding or skip the game completely?
