America? lol.
But seriously if that's Russia, then no wonder we have cross-region sale and trade restrictions in place.
Well, have fun!

Yep, Russia. Even after Steam have adjusted recommended region pricing for us (simply doubled the recommended prices) most games are still have better prices and are below recommended by Steam for our region. Only big studios are keeping prices same as recommended or higher (if they even make it possible to by directly in RU region).

Thanks! :)

Resurgence is in my cart too. And you made me consider Tactical Breach Wizards, as a part of the Tiny Tactics bundle.
Finding slightly better deals in the form of such bundles is almost some form of hunting experience/sale entertainment.

No doubt. I've been eyeing Tactical Breach Wizards for a while. It was the one game I pretty much already knew I was going to buy during the sale. And it was nice to add a little bit of extra savings on top of what it generally goes on sale for.

Klei always have big bundle discounts on Steam, not the usual 10% which is most common.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Yeah, I often bought these but this time I'll pass
The one with Oxygen Not Included DLCs is expensive because of the mediocre Rotwood.
The Klei Fest Bundle 2025 is much more promising with 3 wishlisted games but 40€ also isn't a spectacular deal.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Yeah, the downside is that they add new games to it immediately, they will have small discounts in the beginning ofc which makes the bundle expensive. The bundle was 50% off in the last sale but they quickly changed it to 40.

Comment has been collapsed.

There is also this one:

https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/23266/Oxygen_Not_Included_Complete_Bundle/

But it is to be expected, that the latest two DLCs will also get to 20% off individually eventually, bringing this one even lower.

Quick follow up. I've already played:

This Is Not Your House: A game with ten different story arcs. Total time to complete all is around 20 minutes, give or take. Cool little choose your own adventure game. I enjoyed it.

Dystopika: Delightful zero stakes Dark City/Cyberpunk city builder. No building costs, no materials. Pick a spot and build. Pick another spot and build. You unlock new stuff as you build, but otherwise, it's as casual as it gets and is really all about the screenshots and camera mode. Nighttime setting with some weather and other world options. Relaxing music that fits the visual vibes.

Star Trek: Resurgence: I've started it. It is very much Telltale, but maybe a bit more modern. So far so good. I like what I've seen.

Return: Couldn't get it to open properly. Opened half off screen and I wasn't able to get it fully on screen. Didn't feel like messing with that any further. Perhaps I'll look at it again during a different sale.

Grim Tides: Everything about this should be cool. You have a hub town, ship for travel (after finishing the first adventure area), and you go on adventures to unlocked areas, one level at a time. Finish, flee, or die on a level and it's back to town. Rinse and repeat. Combat is basic JRPG. Events are choose your own adventure style with RNG hidden die rolls. All of that should be pretty cool. In practice however, it's kind of a boring game. But...the actual writing is quite good. And I think that creates an incentive to keep playing which otherwise would be absent.

If you have funds go straight for the rebirth… It's better optimised and have much more content but if not then original is good too <3

Considering I have some 10 games already downloaded (not even considering backlog) that I want to finish, I will probably stay away from buying anything.
Only if some deep discount comes up for a game I'd really want. But havent seen any like that for now - most discounts seem to be the same as any sale.

The good deals I would've got (Crash, GRIS, Robocop etc) already own so nothing yet. Some games I got last Spring sale are more expensive this time around and others are cheaper on third party sites so a bit underwhelming tbh.

https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/10170/West_of_Loathing__DLC/

I started the sale with the intent of not buying anything, I'll see how it goes. But 4.40€ for West of Loathing + DLC is an incredible deal, if the game is as good as (basically everyone) says it is :)

I'll see if I pick up anything extra other than the base + DLC for West Of Loathing, but I feel quite content about it. Been in my sight for years, and something light-hearted yet engaging is something we really can use nowadays, at least I surely can.

I bought some old assassins creed games and a DLC pack from a game I won here that I hope to start playing in a couple of months once I finish others

I had some wallet code from a steamgifcard I won on a contest so it was like 6€ in total. Would buy a couple more but would be bad idea until I get a new job, so maybe next big sales
