Please HELP! Anyone know this game? (OLD Car racing/shooting) [SOLVED]

I'm tying to find an old game from my childhood.
Here is the information I have about it:

It was a third person (with optional FPS) car game. You could shoot bullets and rockets form the car. You coud destroy buildings by shooting them. The enemies were black cars, similar to a black Camaro 1968, you had to destroy them. On the road you could collect bullets, rockets and shield (It was a grey square) for you car.

None of them.
I don't know the release date but that game is about 15 years old

It's been a long time so I don't remember if it was exactly like that, but my first thought was Vigilante 8.
