Question about Nintendo Humble Bundle

So, I don't own a 3ds or a Wii U, but have considered getting a 3DS, and I will probably sooner than later. In fact, I have picked up a few games so I will have a library when I do get one. So, I was considering grabbing this bundle, but was curious if the codes expire. I have heard that GOG codes from Humble Bundle expire, but what about something like this?
