I think you need to gather up a bit. As I understand:
- You got a new PC
- You met someone who gave you Payday 2
- You wanted to give away too
- You found a group but they don't do giveaways
- You are pissed (?)
Then just don't giveaway on that group. I'm not saying this because I want free games. I won't enter your giveaway if you happen to be put the game here if you like to. But I don't understand why you are pissed because you found a steam group that won't go giveaways.
I read it again and I think I'm dumb. Can you explain again like I'm 5? The question is, Mod told you that group members doesn't do giveaways? In a giveaway group?

Okay, maybe my english isn't that good for this.
The fact about how long I have the PC and stuff are just little fun facts to tell my story that got me to the point where I am right now. Just ignore them for now.
I found an open giveaway group.
The giveaways are only created by the admin and the mods.
I wanted to make a giveaway and contacted a mod, since I felt the urge to do something good.
The mod was suprised because no user asked to do this before, but he agreed to this.
After this I haven't gotten any message about it again.
Even after asking about it, he just said "Gonna talk to the admin" and that was it.
The admin himself doesn't accept my friend request.
So they don't talk to me about it anymore, they don't do my (!) giveaway and they don't tell me when and if they are going to do it.
That's how I got pissed. :D

I didn't wanted to say your English is bad. In my daily talking with strangers, most of the time I reconstruct my sentences to make them understandable. And now that I understand your question more, here is my opinion:
If it's a group that doing giveaways only by mods, that's their loss. Just put it this site since this is a site for ANYONE to give games. If you don't feel comfortable about lurkers entering the giveaway, you can whitelist people or only allow some steam groups's members to enter your giveaway.

The group doesn't even want members to do giveaways, so it's not one of those "If you join create a 100000000$ giveaway in the first 10 minutes" groups.

I'm a tad confused myself. I see you are German so would typing this out in German help? I'm sure a native speaker would be able to better understand and help you with your problem. As it stands however, the awkward phrasing that you used has left me wondering if something is missing from this story. Not sure why a mod/admin would be against a member gifting/creating a giveaway in a giveaway group.

Don't worry, you did a fine job for the most past. My grandfather has been here (Canada) for nearly 30 years and he still doesn't speak English so you are doing fantastic in my opinion XD.

your feeling of gratitude towards mods and admins is justified. (not weird like your other opinions)
but if they don't want the game..to hell with them a heartfelt thankyou by you is all they need as appreciation of their good work..if you think about it with cool head..it kinda makes sense.. instead just ask what you can do to help- the help they require like writing some script that will make site work fast or making useful suggestion (Khalaq did a thread which appealed to every1 to classify their own threads-close them- close old tickets )
They have enough on their hands..and may be think that they don't have time to play game you bought for them so it will be much more useful to some1 who will actually play it n enjoy it...
i was in similar pickle..I just whitelisted mods i liked /user script writers/people who made me laugh in forums and did some giveaways..(or go to their wishlist n gift those games or emoticons they want)(I don't know jackshit about script writing or would have written something to solve puzzles with ease :P)
