Humble Choice refund is only for the first time. Not sure how it works for second time onwards in EU where you have better consumer protection than elsewhere in the world.
And it's a subscription service, of course they will automatically renew like every other subscription service

I asked for a refund last month. They said it might take a little longer than usual due to high ticket volume and low staffing (for the holidays), but it still took only three days. And their reply did not include the "we'll only do this once" that a lot of other people got--I'm not sure if they've stopped that or what.

Uhm... May I know what is the most important attachments they need? I had sent them my PayPal transaction ID+ HB transaction ID in (.jpg) file along with the SS proof that I redeem nothing from this month subscription in (.png) file.. :)
I really appreciate so many people share me their experiences, it really does relieve me and give me hope that the refund will successfully granted.. :)

Same thing happened to me, I requested a refund yesterday at 8 pm and they issued it today at 5 am
From my experience it usually gets done in less than 24 hours

as others already told, it should be no problem. but if there are some games you want, you also could resell (as key, not giftlink!) the unwanted games on group buys for example.

I lived in underdeveloped country, buddy. $19.99 is a huge amount of money for me + considering the game is also cheaper to buy directly on Steam in my region. Im into HB just because they offered me $2 on December's Choice :) even $6 for 10 games i cant pay for it :) Im considered unemployed too. Today im doing online jobs and those money i saved into PayPal thats why that $19.99 means everything for me :)

When i refunded HB Choice they took one or two weeks since they accepted the refound and when they actually did it.

That was about ~6 years ago, so not sure how relevent that is now.
