SteamGifts Plus, a Greasemonkey script, can handle allowing contributor values within your range, and I know it can at least ignore DLC for games you don't have. Beyond that, sorry, I don't know of anything for the things you're talking about :(

While searching for games on steam gifts i always wonder if theirs some game im missing, or some game i forgot to search up. i think that steam gifts should add like a favorites tab where you pick games you want and ad them to your favorites and then when one of those games is being given away it will appear in your favorites tab. As well as this i wish their was an option to select view DLC for games you have (but don't own the DLC for) as well as a button that only shows contributor games that you qualify for. so what idea's do you have for steam gifts. (also im a bit of a noob so if the things that i mentioned are real, please tell me :)
