I believe you don't need a mouse for Toki Tori. You can also aim and move using the directional keys.

Live For Speed (lfs.net). You control the wheel with your mouse and Accel\Break with Right\Left click. Must set these in controls first tho.

Wish I could play Hammerfight without a mouse. It might actually work as a game then.

If you found the controls unresponsive, you just have to crank up (or down?) the sensitivity in the settings. Then it plays just fine and is a lot of fun.

Ah, I had a good list in another topic quite a while ago... see if I can remember some of it.

Emulators (especially for older consoles like Atari 2600, NES, SNES, Master System, Genesis, handhelds pre-DS, etc.), the older Tomb Raider games are mouse-free and as a bonus, have triangle boobs, Sonic series, Croc 2, Minecraft if you have a touchpad, since it doesn't need lightning-fast reflexes (especially on peaceful lol)... and now to dig through my Steam list:

And Yet It Moves, Aquaria, Audiosurf, Bastion, BIT.TRIP RUNNER, Blueberry Garden, Braid, Burnout Paradise, Cave Story+, Chantelise, CID the Dummy, Colour Bind, Commander Keen, Crazy Taxi, Creavures, Dark Void Zero, Death Rally, Diamond Dan, DiRT series, Dreamfall: The Longest Journey (it's completely playable mouse-free iirc), Driver: San Francisco, Ducati World Championship (good luck getting it to run, however lol), Dungeons of Dredmor (iirc), Dustforce, EDGE, Flatout series, Fortix 1 & 2, Gish, Glowfish, Gumboy, I-Fluid, Jamestown, Lightfish, LIMBO, Magnetis, Midnight Club 2, MX vs ATV series, Need For Speed series, Nightsky (iirc), Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus & Oddysee, PAM, Rocket Knight, Saira, Shatter (maybe?), SlamIt Pinball: Big Score, Snuggle Truck, Sonic series, Space Ark, Stacking, The Binding of Isaac, The Path, The Wonderful End of the World (camera might be iffy though), Titan Attacks, Tobe's Vertical Adventure (iirc), Toki Tori, Trackmania, VVVVVV, Zero Gear, Zombie Driver...

I'd also toss in newer Tomb Raiders and Prince of Persias, if you have any means to move the camera at all (even a touchpad).

Please feel free to correct me about any of these. My memory's fuzzy on some of them.

I think the mouse is pretty much required to play Terraria. I really wish there was controller support though.

Ah, that's true. Don't know what I was thinking. lol I'll remove that.

I'm glad someone could double check that list honestly. >.> I was typing it up in the middle of doing something else.

QWOP!

You do need to click the mouse once to start, but after that it's just the keyboard, even for restarting.
