Have not played a Street Fighter game since Street Fighter 3 Alpha on the PS1, had Street Fighter 2 on the SNES, I am more of a Mortal Kombat guy :D
Would you recommend Street Fighter 4?

What do you expect? Almost everyone that plays SF4 now plays USF4.
