I know this may have been asked before but I can't find any good information about this yet.
I just want to create a giveaway but since I live in India, I don't want to make a 'Region Restricted' giveaway. Could anyone suggest me a way to buy keys which are not region locked? And from where? Like for example, if I want to make a giveaway for Desperados III but its region locked where I live. How can I do it? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

There are international trading platforms, where you can buy keys without regional restrictions...

I think that the best course of action is looking for stores that have, relatively, high prices - those that have scaled prices will also have region locking, to prevent international trading

I bought a few games on the Humble Bundle at the European/US price(although on Steam they were sold for Russia with a regional price), but got the keys for the RU-CIS region. a large price is not a guarantee of the absence of a regional lock =(
