About Realtek be sure to download the latest drivers, by default, it might install a piece of software that let you change audio settings, including the room you are in that might cause for sound to feel muffled, you are better off not letting that start up at all.
About Razer, i can't say, i suggest make sure you got the latest drivers as well.
If both are fighting for a place, maybe you need to disable Realtek so the Razer one gets enabled.
Control Panel > Sound.
