How to add a key

So, the site was acting up and wouldn't let me enter a key on my giveaway, so I picked the add key later option, and now I do not know how to enter the key. How does this work, do I just give them the code at the end of the giveaway manually, or what? This is my first time on the site, and I'm unsure how it all works.

You'll be able to add a key when the winner is selected. Or, if you prefer, just add or email them.

Entering manually at the end should work fine.

If the system continues to not accept your key you can either send it to the winner's email which will be given to you once the giveaway ended, or you can add the winner on Steam and give it to them via Steam chat.

Awesome, thank you all for the replies. I was entering it exactly how it gave me, are you not allowed to use dashes?

Weird, that never happened to me, maybe if the key as an unusual size it might not work
Or...i've seen many new users make this mistake before, this is STEAMgifts, so only steam keys will be accepted

From observation, having "blank spaces" at the beginning or end will corrupt it. Often happens with copy/pasting.
Dashes are part of the actual key however
