Fanatical tries to restock when its an available option as far as I know of.
If the dev can/wants to provide more keys for the bundle, fanatical will try to restock.
If its the game you wanted most out of this bundle you can do the same as I do when I miss a game thats out of stock,
You can put the other games +1 more random one in cart and wait till they restock the game you want or the bundle is soon over and then decide if you wanna buy it without the game missing or not.
Sometimes waiting is even an accidentally good thing to do, because rarely Humble Bundle can launch a bundle including the game you wanted from Fanatical, and then you have even the choice of where to get it from.
At least thats my opinion.

Stygian is a decent game btw. It's unfinished and a couple quests can't be resolved due to development time being cut short (although the devs did then lie and say it was instead planned content for a sequel (that will never actually materialize) lol), but what is there is decent.
