In most cases yes. But sometimes it is WW except 1 country (RU, JP, CN). Like Atomic Heart NA keys

I think this is worth it if you're buying 10 games since the $0.50 bundles are rare. But yeah, probably not worth it if you only want a few games for a dollar each.
