If the game in question is V, take a Legit advice from someone who has been here for more than 4 years - you are better off buying GTA V yourself.

indeed, got my game from platy for 4 euro. it was worth it because I didn't like the game compared to all others before :|

That was uncalled for. I mean I understand it's tempting to bring ratio into it when there is an argument (if it applies) but he was just trying to be helpful and explain who on earth he managed to buy GTA V for 4 €.
And while I absolutely do not approve of selling accounts I'm sure a lot of people were wondering because there is absolutely no legit way to get that game for anywhere near that price. Turns out it wasn't a legit way but I'm sure people were still wondering.

How is it helpful to tell someone to go to a shady site, in which he thinks sells illegal gotten accounts, that's one thing, but most of all him saying he doesn't care about it, on top of what i said (and some other thing) it's shows an overal lack of caring about anything.

Not so much about the actual term about recommending it or not, it's his attitude about not caring if someone's accounts are up for sale there, if your account would be on that site, would you not get angry that a) there is such a site? b) someone saying they don't care that they are stolen? I would be angry, also makes it sound most likely he used that site himself, but i'll leave that in the middle.

Or maybe it's just people who got bored of the game. We're all just making assumptions here on the origin of those accounts. I never really heard about big leaks or Rockstar Social accounts being stolen in large numbers but to be honest I didn't look into it neither.
Edit: I don't really get your last edit. How would he purchase a used account from them without using the site ? Unless we're not talking about Plati anymore. But now we're going deeper into the matter than I actually care :D

Shady russian sites, games/accounts with a price that's too good to be true, and as with steam and many other sites i don't think they can really sell their accounts either (though that i don't know), but if you really want to be gullible and believe it's all legit..
You know what, i actually didn't know about potential hacks or not either, and i just took 1 google search and look what showed up.. Also notice the occasional word russian in them.

Well yeah, even if those are legit accounts they are legally (according to the TOS) not entitled to sell them. I thought that was a given.
