Ok, solved the nono - but the answer I got is irritating. It contains lots of the U+FFFD (= �) character - a Unicode replacement character. I would assume that the string is corrupted? However others seem to have solved the riddle... are there any hints?

Seriously, I do NOT do well with anything that resembles math and numbers.We just do NOT get along.
