Problem with languages on Steam

Ever since I installed the Steam mobile app, Steam started to randomly change the language of the site in my browser. No matter how many times I change it back to English, after an hour or so, it's in Hungarian again. I thought it was somehow related to my phone settings, but even after I changed everything to English, it was still the same.

While it can seem like a non-issue for some, I'm really annoyed by this. My English isn't that good, but I want to use the site in its original form, because 1. I think the Hungarian translation is poorly done 2. I don't know the Hungarian names of every TF2 items, so it's very hard to search for them.

Can anyone help me please? I'm sure I'm not the only one affected by this issue.

There are cookies that store the language of the site... no idea if it restores old ones for you, forgets yours and gets them from the browser, etc. Is your browser set to tell sites to be english if possible? (there usually is a language list somewhere that you can order at will)

It happens to me too every now and then. I have it in Greek and sometimes it changes into English, but then it usually changes into Greek again. Maybe the cookies affect the steam browser version, so you have to clear them, because I assume that you click at a former link of steam in your browser, a link that was leading you to the Hungarian version.
