OK, follow these instructions:

In firefox, Opera, Safari, or anything you have (if you use monopoly-chrome go and fuck yourself) Open many tabs (4 or 5) in the SG Sync page (http://www.steamgifts.com/sync) reload them until you see the Force Sync button in all the tabs, then go to the first tab and press the button, wait until in load the page, if you see error try the next tab, repeat until it sync your profile.

The issue is with Steam Community being buggered by gremlins 26 hours a day, eight days a week. Yes. That's just how buggered it is.
