Bump for solved. At first I was stuck on the "sum of every digit" part as well, but as soon as I understood, the rest was easy and fun. :)

You've probably run out of giveaway slots! If you contact support they'll probably help you get a couple more for your generous train. :)

The number of games you can giveaway is proportional to the amount of your total number of giveaways.

Bump for solved :)

You probably don't have enough GA slots. When you create a new giveaway, there's a line at the top that says how many slots you have left. Normally, it should say "You're able to create up to X additional gifts based on your giveaway feedback."

You get these slots back when your GAs end and are marked as Received. Additionally, you get 1 more slot for every 3 GAs. At first, you start with 3 slots and then they grow slowly when you make GAs. However, deleting a GA deletes one slot forever.

You have 2 options: request more slots from support (link them to this event and say that you need 3 more slots) or wait until your current GAs end.
