I sent the game I am giving away on this forum to my friend.

Yes it's true, I actually managed to do that. You see, I was looking around to see what the different options were for sending the game and it turns out I sent the game to my friend Phoenix.

The reason I did send it to him was because I was expecting an option to write like when you buy a gift on the steam store and send it. What I didn't expect was to send the game away directly without any optional stuff to write.

So what do I do? Do I have to buy the game a second time for whoever wins it?

If your friend hasn't redeemed it, you can re-send it to your own email address and gift it again later. Otherwise, we'll be happy to cancel the giveaway and refund points to those who entered.

Tell you friend not to redeem the gift? You can resend it anytime. Otherwise, if you giveaway is still running, ask the Mods to delete it and giive the points back to the people who entered.

Maybe they have to delete 2 points or so from anyone else, but they might dont do this. I dont know.

He accepted the game so delete my giveaway. Next time, I won't send it away. Because now I know what not to do.
