The Valiant: RU/CIS, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, some SEA countries (IN,CN,PH,MY,ID,VN,TH,TW,HK) might receive a region locked key or might not have this game as a choice
Darksiders Genesis: RU probably doesn't have this as a choice
Fallout 76: Fanatical API lists region locks for EMEA, NA, Oceania, but these regions probably get a ROW key; SEA, RU/CIS, LATAM might get region locked keys.
