Steam Error?

After this downtime we just had I get an error when trading. It won't complete, and I can't craft badges D:

Happens literally every time there's a TF2 update, which just happened.

Market is down too. I need to buy keys for a trade but market is down :(

There seem to be problems listing items on the Steam Community Market too, unless I've been mysteriously trade banned...
