Don't know why that's a thing, it'd make more sense to have a maximum % rather than a minimum $ there.
I dont have groups, so I make givs for everyone, but it's your giveaway and your rules.

Been a good year of "leeching" i mean discussing stuff in the discussions and entering giveaways ( 17615 entered so far )
The year i got a gaming laptop, a controller, and i graduated in, and also the year i watched most anime in, the year which i have the highest grades so far, the year which i actually went out more then once a week ( xD ).
Its that time of the year where one should give back to the community. Instead of trading all day hehehe....
