Is there a possibility to add the DLCs without the game? Bright Memory Infinite is on my wishlist, and I will play it someday. Not that it hurts, it's just costumes

If you don't own the base game there now, you can't buy them and add them to your account for $0. You can purchase them as a gift for $0 and then could redeem the gift later if you own the base game on GOG.
