This. Especially The Holy Grail. I love Life of Brian more, but nothing compares to Monty Python and the Holy Grail when it comes to pure laughter.

Easy: Naked Gun, all three.
Then other movies with Nielsen, more ZAZ trio films...

Can't think of many great comedy movies right now.. I blame it on being old and having a shitty memory! But here are a few ones i can think of.

The naked gun. All of em i guess?
Hot shots 1-2
Ice Age movies! Think the 3d or 4th? Was kinda slow but still great for a few laughs.
Ace Ventura pet detective 1-2
Shaun of the dead!

There's tons of good ones, and a lot of the ones I'd think of are already here. But my first thought was "What We Do in the Shadows." It's fantastically funny.

I love Wes Anderson (who did the first 3 movies) but I see them completely as art, some scenes are sweet and all but I didn't laugh hard and would never call them the funniest movies I've ever seen :o

The Producers - Mel Brooks
Love Exposure - Sion Sono
Tokyo Tribe - Sion Sono
Christmas Vacation - National Lampoon's
Office Space - Mike Judge
Planes, Trains and Automobiles -John Hughes
Survive Style 5+ - No idea

i was going to bet on Monty python as soon has i saw this thread. Turns out, if we were to count the votes, Mel Brooks would win
