Humble Software Bundle: Video & Photo Editing 2018 by Cyberlink is new. I just cancelled my purchase of PowerDirector 16 from last week and will buy T3 as soon as they approve it. Saving $10 and getting more is a pretty good deal in my book.
Update: I just noticed it's version 15, so cancelled my refund request. I'll keep the version I bought (16).

For the incredible price of free I don't mind using their software. For example I currently have their PowerDirector 13 installed because I was too lazy and didn't care to redeem their PowerDirector 14 and then PowerDirector 15 offers. Do I used it often? Not at all. I maybe used it two or three times in two years. But again, I probably don't use like 95% of my software on a regular basis :) but it's there just in case.

Yeah, I wouldn't purchase it either, especially since there are a lot more powerful tools out there entirely for free plus the fact that Cyberlink's software is regularly given away for free.

Oh, you mentioned PowerDirector 14, hence my surprise. It seemed very counterproductive to buy a very old version when a newer one is offered for free and an even newer one is available.
