Need the name of a game.

I don't remember much about this one but I remember something. I was playing it a lot when I was a kid. It was about a guy on a skateboard (?) and it had a few levels. Each one was different (like, in one you were firing cannons, in another one you were running away from a monster etc.). I remember when you killed it then it was always bloody. There was a stage in which you were running away from him and there was also one in which you were firing a cannon (?) on enemies/enemy. That bloody scene was the dude putting the skateboard through the monster's head from the inside of him.

I think the monster was green and it was some kind of a snake.

That's all I can remember about it. Any guesses?
