Has anyone of you mαde a successful refund that didn't actually met the qualifications? Even one of the two?
If yes, can you provide screenies of the tickets? I'm trying to refund Prison architect, I bought it at the XMAS sale or earlier, I don't remember, anyway, I could use some help if they reject my ticket xD

You can't refund it if it exceeds 2 weeks by the time you bought it and Im pretty sure that exceeded 2 weeks.

I have seen refunds happen from guys in here that exceeded the 2 weeks limit.

I know what the FAQ says, obviously I checked before posting, I was just asking for help from those that succeeded. :)

Haven't heard anything about that, and the FAQ doesn't say anything about it.

If they reject your ticket nothing you can really do as your request already doesn't fullfill refund requirements (game bought in less than last 2 weeks). So if you get a refund be happy, if not - it's to be expected.

I'm expecting not to get the refund, but if someone from here actually got a refund like that, it would be a great help for me. xD

Successfully got GTA:SA refunded, which was bought in April (under 2h). Basically wrote that it was a broken piece of crap, which I coudn't get to work with any patches and fixes (you just need some logical arguments). Received the confirmation e-mail a few hours later.
Try, you have nothing to loose. :)

Prison Architect is still in Early Access. You can't argue it's buggy/broken as it's being sold as an unfinished/incomplete product.

Buggy - yes, you can't. Broken? Depends. If those are features like: broken saves, constant crashes, horribly clunky and broken controls, troubles with recognising mouse/pad, etc. then I would argue (haven't played Prison Architect, just regarding the "IT'S ALPHA!" excuse).

I refunded a game I had since January with over 2 hours on it. Just logically plead your case and pray you get a good rep to review it

I've had 2 games purchased in January refunded (this was just before the summer sale started--probably have become much more strict on this). Also 1 game that was over the 2 hour playtime.

I got 2 games refunded 15 days after I purchased them - both were sitting in my inventory though.
